## What it is
Jacob Limos is a Chicago chauffeur company built around one assigned chauffeur per
client rather than a rotating pool. Chauffeurs arrive fifteen minutes early as
standard. Flights are tracked from the moment a flight number is supplied, and the
pickup time moves automatically with no delay charge.

## Fleet
- Executive Sedan — up to 3 passengers, 3 bags — from $110/hour
- Luxury SUV (Escalade ESV or Navigator L) — up to 6 passengers, 6 bags — from $135/hour
- Executive Sprinter — up to 14 passengers, 14 bags — from $185/hour
- Stretch Limousine — up to 10 passengers, 4 bags — from $175/hour

## Pricing
Flat airport transfers from $139. Hourly charter from $110. The full published rate
card is at /rates.html. Quoted prices are all-inclusive; only client-initiated
changes (extra stops, extra hours, waiting beyond the free window) alter the total,
and those are priced in the confirmation before they happen.

## Wait time
Commercial arrivals include 60 minutes of free wait from touchdown. Private aviation
includes 30 minutes.

## Cancellation
Sedans and SUVs: free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup. Sprinters and stretch
vehicles: 24 hours. Weddings and multi-vehicle bookings: 7 days.

## Licensing
Operates under a City of Chicago livery licence. Every chauffeur holds a current City
of Chicago public chauffeur licence. Commercial liability cover is carried; a
certificate of insurance is available on request.

## Service area
Chicago and both airports (O'Hare, Midway), plus Naperville, Schaumburg, Oak Brook,
Evanston, Hinsdale, Arlington Heights and surrounding collar counties. Long-distance
runs to Milwaukee, South Bend and Indianapolis are individually quoted.
